Bound triangle pose

The Bound Triangle Pose is a standing yoga posture that combines balance, strength, and flexibility. It’s a wonderful pose for opening up the chest and shoulders while also stretching the hips, groins, and hamstrings.

This pose is a variation of the classic Triangle Pose (Trikonasana), with an added bind that increases the stretch in the shoulders and chest.
