Yoga seal pose

Welcome to the Yoga Seal Pose tutorial! This yoga pose is a great way to relax your body and mind. This pose is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and can be modified to suit your own needs.

To begin the pose, start by sitting in a comfortable position with a straight spine and relaxed shoulders. Take a few moments to focus on your breath and practice a few rounds of deep breathing. Once you’re feeling relaxed, exhale and press your palms together at the heart center. Keeping your arms slightly bent, draw your shoulder blades down and away from the ears.

From here, press your palms together and slowly lift your arms up and out to the sides. When your arms are parallel to the floor, draw your hands back towards your chest and form a seal. Make sure you keep your shoulders down and away from your ears and your elbows slightly bent. Hold this pose for 10 to 15 breaths and make sure to keep your spine straight.

When you’re ready to release the pose, slowly return your arms to the starting position and bring your palms back together at the heart center. Take a few moments to close your eyes and relax your body.

The Yoga Seal Pose is an excellent pose for cultivating deep relaxation and restoring balance in the body. This pose is also a great way to build strength and flexibility in the shoulders and arms. We hope you enjoy practicing this pose and that it helps you to relax and find inner peace. Namaste!
