The bridge yoga pose (also known as Setu Bandha Sarvangasana or “the bridge pose”) is a great pose to stretch and strengthen your spine, chest, and hips. To begin, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Keep your arms at your sides and your palms facing down. Squeeze your glutes and lift your chest towards your chin. Keep your chin tucked in slightly and hold the bridge pose for five breaths.
